Moshe Brown, Chairman. Moshe has 30 years of experience in executive management positions. He started and managed Digital Equip. Corp. (DEC) Israeli Customer Service Division, and managed a $200M business unit for DEC USA, and was the founder of CMR Communications, a leader in the IP Telephony market in the mid 90th.

Tal Dayan, CEO. Tal has 12 years of experience in executive management positions in the software industry. Prior to Semantica Tal served as a VP of Business Development at Synel Industries. Prior to that Tal served as the CEO of DVDemand, a software startup company funded by CDI group where he previously served in several executive positions. CDI technologies, is a Corporate VC seed fund.

Oren Most, a member of the Advisory Board. Oren Most is one of Israel’s telecom industry veterans. Formerly, President and CEO of Gilat Satellite Communications, One of the Founders and the COO of Cellcom, Israel’s leading cellular operator, CEO of Keter Publishing, Israel’s largest book printing and publishing company. Mr. Most, as Chairman of Most Management Corp, currently manages early stage start up companies, primarily in the telecommunications area, where he compliments the entrepreneurs with his wealth of diversified and successful management experience in the telecom, textile, banking, media and content industries in Israel and internationally. Mr. Most holds an MBA from New York University.
